Waiting forever for your telephone or broadband faults to be resolved?
Whatever your telecoms problems or requirements we are sure we can help.
We can provide you with the information, advice and assistance you are looking for. Take a few minutes to review the pages of our site. We have split them into the five main categories that most telecoms issues fall into. In each of these pages you’ll find more specific information and a contact form to fill out. This will enable us to assist you in whatever way you require.
We currently find ourselves in what has been dubbed as the Digital Age. In this Digital Age, many of us are never more than a few meters from a broadband connection. This reliance on being able to access the internet ‘on demand’ has only served to fuel our frustration when our broadband connection is slow, intermittent or has a fault of some type.
Many of us with a slower connection will have been told at one time or another that we’re too far from the exchange !! If this has been your previous experience, you’ll be glad to know that this is all set to change with the roll-out of the Fibre Broadband Network. The new Fast Fibre Network is being rolled out in stages, so it is worth contacting us to ask for help and advice regarding your new or unresolved broadband issues. There are many things that can be done to help resolve a whole host of issues that can hinder our access to the internet. For example different providers will cap the speed of the connection or the rate at which the data flows along it. The trouble is that this can be very hard to detect as a lay-man, leaving you feeling that there is nothing to be done except put-up-with-it !!.
The phone in our office is in many ways like the air we breathe or the water in our tap. We take it for granted. It is constantly on the side of our desk and when we lift the receiver and dial a number we are connected to another person. Therefore it can be really annoying when it doesn’t work correctly. It can also be frustrating when it needs repairing, as we may feel a bit lost without it, which is also a bit strange when we typically don’t use it all day long. For example most intermittent issues with a handset can be repaired by adding a new curly-cord from the handset to the base unit – something that many people are not aware of.
The other most common issues people contact us with are related to being unaware that they can have call divert or other features on their line that will help make them more productive and help to prevent lost calls.
Changing your telephone number is also a common problem. Some people have been using an 01 or 02 number and wish to switch to an 0845 or 0800 number, no problem. We can help and advise you about both geographic and non-geographic number enquiries. There are many other problems and frustrations that relate to your telephone, however many of these are due to cabling or telephone system related issues, which are covered separately.
You may already have a Telephone System which has previously served you well. Like anything other piece of equipment, it can develop issues and problems or simply need updating in some way. Without a permanent on-going service contract, it can prove problematic to know how to make update and who to approach to do it for you. You may not have planned to end up in this position, it can all too quickly develop if staff members with this specific knowledge leave your employment and have not accurately documented their knowledge.
Don’t worry, we can help solve a whole host of telephone system problems ranging from needing new music and messages, your hours of business changing, extra handsets being added or an update to the date and time.
You may also be looking to renew your telephone system and want to understand your options, without having a team of pushy salesmen on your doorstep all waving contracts under your nose. We can help you to understand your options, especially if you are moving from analogue telephone lines where you have one handset per telephone line, to your first telephone system.
There are many things to consider and a whole raft of services and features that can be added to your telephone system. In the rush to get the deal-done may providers may not take the time to explore these with you as fully as you may wish. We can provide you with this information to enable you to make an informed decision about the telephone system that is best for your business.
A good example of this is call history. If your system records all the call history you can then follow up on all the calls you may have missed whilst out visiting customers and potential clients. Call recording allows you to record all the calls you make or receive, the big benefit is that you can then be totally sure what was said when a customer rings in to complain that they were not made aware of a situation, or did not agree to the content of the order they have just been billed for.
Do you find your Mobile Phone is a source of frustration rather than a useful tool, to help you do business on-the-move ?
If this is the case, then you need to contact us and we’ll do our best to help and assist you with your issue.
We have previously helped many other businesses with issues ranging from mobile phone repairs, understanding exactly what contact terms and conditions you are signed up to, options at the end of your contract term and unresolved mobile problems and issues.
Talk to us today and we’ll be able to assist you with your issue. It is fair to suggest that we are going to be able to buy you out of a lengthy contact. We’d prefer to make that quite plain right now, we prefer the ‘frank’ approach. However there are many other things we can do.
We can help you analyse your mobile phone bill and fully understand why it is consistently higher that you budgeted for. We can advise you how and where to obtain new handsets from or accessories for your handsets. We can help to set up email accounts and configure other
features and functions on your mobile device.
Our reliance on technology brings with it some draw-backs. Most technological items are linked in some way to the internet. This means that they must be cabled or use a WiFi connection (which in tern is linked to a cabled device). There are also many other things that require cabling such as Telephone Systems or Telephone Handsets. All this cabling in or around our workplace needs to be managed, sadly it is all too common to find that poor management leads to increased down-time when problems occur.
Sorting out these Spaghetti Nightmares can be more than a little tricky! Usually it is a matter of simply tiding up the systems and ensuring the cables are correctly labelled. However that is only the tip of the problem. Buried deep inside Spaghetti HQ is often a whole host of other issues which can be temporary issues or even worse intermittent issues.
